Our server automatically recognizes no information regarding e-mail addresses of our visitors. However, IP addresses are recorded, which is identifiable if legal recourse needs to be taken.

We collect aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit. We also collect data allowing us to access information about general statistics such as visitor referrals, the type of browsers that are being used, and other computer related data used to improve the content of our Web site. No server data collected is of a personal nature.

*IP addresses (Internet Protocol addresses) are logged in our forum, but are not made public. These IP addresses are logged within our forum software's records to identity the source of each visit to our site, but there is no data that is collected that is of a personal nature. The webmaster of this site has access to these IP addresses, along with certain individuals who are assigned to monitor our chat forum's activities, but this information remains confidential. If needed, personal information can be accessed when appropriate steps are taken to fully identify particular sources, but it is not our policy to do so.

Any and all information we collect is used for internal review only! Our policy is to discard all server information at regular intervals. In any case, no information is shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. In the event that law enforcement officials need our assistance, we will allow our records to be reviewed for the purposes of collecting personal information. However, this will only be done on a case by case basis, and only under extraordinary circumstances when it is deemed appropriate.
